I stopped working out for several months. Did one PopSugar workout a couple days ago and was able to do this whole thing today. The secret? Dubstep! I now workout with over ear headphones on and listen to Soltan and some other good DJs. I don't normally listen to dubstep but it is insanely energizing. I was able to do this whole video and move a lot during the active rest parts. I say you should at least try it if music helps you.

I used to do HIIT 6x a week, but i've stoped bc it was too much, so I was doing 2x a week in moderate mode (25-30min), but i was too lazy this month, I did it like 6 times all month, so today after a great lazy time i have decide to do this HIIT and maaan, what a HIIT, i'm sweating from head to toe (i had to get a towel), it's been a 8 minutes that i haved stopped but i kept sweating, not even a 40min - 1hour wights training on gym can get me like this.

IM 225 AND 5'9. my knees don't fit under my abdomen. can you tell me about a way i can do a burpee if my gut hits the floor before my hands do? whenever i do this workout, my right foot hurts, it feels like a vein is gonna pop but when i touch it, it seems like a tendon, it hurts a bit too after jogging, and i dont wear shoes when doing this, but it does for jogging. any ideas?
