IM 225 AND 5'9. my knees don't fit under my abdomen. can you tell me about a way i can do a burpee if my gut hits the floor before my hands do? My arms and legs are very thin, I just have a huge pot belly that makes a few of these exercises impossible. Good on you for trying to help people man. Keep it up.

whenever i do this workout, my right foot hurts, it feels like a vein is gonna pop but when i touch it, it seems like a tendon, it hurts a bit too after jogging, and i dont wear shoes when doing this, but it does for jogging. any ideas?

the last two ones aren't as tough for me as for Daniel. the STAR JUMPS (8:49) were the toughest by far for me and he didn't even complain! A good workout that I choose in my playlist a lot of times when I stop working out for a while :)

It is superb excercise to begin with. I feel exhausted till the 1st interval itself. Only thing I find can b improved on is warm up. Warm up given in this video I feel somehow not sufficient, those r more like part of HIIT build up for common person. Typical Gym type warm ups can b carried out I think to make sure body is tunned for this video routine.
