WORKOUT PLANS: Workout & Kitchen Tools We Use: Body Transformation Motivation - This is what worked for me. Will it work for you? Chances are yes but we’re all slightly different so don’t expect the exact same results. But also remember to be honest with yourself. Don’t skip two or three things on this list and then complain you can’t seem to see results. It’s going to take doing all these things to find success. Number one - find a TDEE calculator online using Google search. Number two - pick a goal. Number three - find your macros. Number four - Find a calorie and macro tracking app. Ok, number five - STAY CONSISTENT. Let me repeat that: STAY CONSISTENT. Number six - Find a good workout routine. Number seven - take progress pictures. Ok, that wraps up the guide. Is it simple? Definitely. Did I cover everything? Absolutely not. I could easily make a two hour video on calories alone but I wanted a very simple guide which wasn’t overwhelming. Why? Because the goal is getting you onto the road to transforming yourself, not holding your hand the entire way. Will it be tough? Yes. Will you probably want to give up a time or two. Yes. But remember: if it was easy, everyone would be doing it. Ask yourself how bad you really want this. Do you want to transform yourself or do you just want to tell yourself you’ll transform yourself someday. Hell no. Get up, start kicking ass and make it a reality. +Funny Fortnite Posts So 2350 calories is 100% of you calories - 35% (protein) of 2350 is = 822.5 - So it means you are eating 822.5 calories worth of protein. - Since 1g of protein=4calories 822.5 calories= 205.6g protein. Remember: 1g Fat=9calories 1g Protein=4 calories 1g Carbs= 4 calories. So if I eat 1000calories a day and I want my fats to be 40% then thats 400 calories worth of fat or (400÷9) 44.4g Fat If I want my Protein to be 40%, then im getting 400 calories worth of protein or (400÷4) 100g Protein hope this helps

Question. MyFitnessPal removes calories that you exercise, leading to it show you can eat more than (f.x) 2.2k Should I ignore that or should I use that? I.e. add more than 2.2k on days I work out, based on calories burnt.

No Diss, Theres a lot of people placing clips on youtube to feel some gratification. The information issued here is standard macronutrients & does not work for everyone. You have to firstly consider the 3 body types. Ectomorph , Endomorph , Mesomorph then plan eating around what type you are & then a Exercise plan around that again on top of that some people are are a mix of the 3. Its not a matter of posting up a basic eating & exercise plan which may work for the person posting this clip.

The UNIT is kcal - kilocalorie not calorie, so 1g of fat it’s 9kcal, 1g of carbs & proteins gives 4 kcal of energy. The best thing would be also to show to the people what would be the best menu for having appropriate energetic and nutritional proportions as this is sth essential after all these trainings. Motivation must be then maintained to avoid any yo-yo effect.

DON’T BE TOO HARSH to urself cos being slender was not bad, this is some exaggeration which can lead to eating disorders after all. Be at some RANGE of your body weight and look when you are happy of your weight and shapes. Beside a healthy body there should be a very healthy psyche cos actually they all do these for that reason :)

Your a bit on the tall side, 210 looks good on you. I’m 37, 5’7” and 215(ish lol) large arms and legs with plenty of “power” but with a gut😑. I think I’ve hit bottom and lost most if not all of my motivation and starting to deflate a bit. It’s hard to keep at it when you’re by yourself working out alone in a basement, but this is a bit encouraging. Keep doing vids and keep up the good fight.

Dude it's not even the weight lifting thats the problem. It just find it extremely hard to eat throughout the day. I can't eat breakfast without wanting to throw up and I have no hunger till like 11 in the day and I eat something small and then I won't eat till 6-8

health and exercise science double major with grad school on the way w/ a personal and group training license here.very informed video. take this advice. very basic but almost perfect macro split, correct caloric surplus/deficit information.i also recommend myfitnesspal to all my clients.100% agree with nutrition over workout routine and also 100% agree with a 5x5 beginner split to start. absolutely perfect introductory guide to fitness coming from someone whos studied the subject in depth for 5 years. only include my background to let people know that from someone with degrees in the subject i have never found a better intro guide.

You could lose more than just fat, muscle can begin to be taken away if calories are dropped too low as your body goes into a starvation state. Losing 1-2% of your bodyweight per week is your best bet.

I see the point by bulking on high carb high protein and then cutting on low carb high protein. But that fit look is just temporary. You can’t stay in low carb and eventually you need to bulk yourself fat again.

you dont need any single macro (sorta fats/protein, eh) to survive but cutting carbohydrates from your diet completely is not a good idea. whatsoever. keto diet is an easy way for fat middle aged males or females to lose tons of water weight and reduce caloric intake without actually understanding/maintaining a caloric deficit consistently.

I used the TDEE calc that you used and it had me WAY high. Even at 152lbs and 47 years old, it had my needs way too high. It has my maintenance calories at 2,605 per day. Tracking on Cronometer I come in around 2,000 typically. I am not fat. I weight train and walk. If I ate even what they say I should eat to lose a bit of fat (to go from around 12% to 8%) I would be upping my intake a hair above what my current intake is. any ideas? I mean I don't have energy drops when I workout and even after walking a couple miles with my wife I am not needing to rest and can still do whatever I need to get done. Basically, no energy issues so I can't imagine that I am lacking calories since the TDEE is so high for me. I guess my metabolism is a bit lower than what their calcs are based on!??

so i used the tdee calculator, you are 222 pounds and im going to assume 5'11- it says your your tdee is 3400 calories a day, with 2200 as your bmr. how did you survive on such little calories? am i using the calculator wrong, somebody as huge as you, seems mind blowing how you could live on such little food.
