Fitness Body Transformation | Simple Guide from Fat to Fit

WORKOUT PLANS: Workout & Kitchen Tools We Use: Body Transformation Motivation - This is what worked for me. Will it work for you? Chances are yes but we’re all slightly different so don’t expect the exact same results. But also remember to be honest with yourself. Don’t skip two or three things on this list and then complain you can’t seem to see results. It’s going to take doing all these things to find success. Number one - find a TDEE calculator online using Google search. Number two - pick a goal. Number three - find your macros. Number four - Find a calorie and macro tracking app. Ok, number five - STAY CONSISTENT. Let me repeat that: STAY CONSISTENT. Number six - Find a good workout routine. Number seven - take progress pictures. Ok, that wraps up the guide. Is it simple? Definitely. Did I cover everything? Absolutely not. I could easily make a two hour video on calories alone but I wanted a very simple guide which wasn’t overwhelming. Why? Because the goal is getting you onto the road to transforming yourself, not holding your hand the entire way. Will it be tough? Yes. Will you probably want to give up a time or two. Yes. But remember: if it was easy, everyone would be doing it. Ask yourself how bad you really want this. Do you want to transform yourself or do you just want to tell yourself you’ll transform yourself someday. Hell no. Get up, start kicking ass and make it a reality. If I did it, I sure as hell know you can too. The Buff Dudes believe in you. BIG, HUGE SPECIAL THANKS to these PATREON BUFF DUDES and GRRRLS who helped to make this video possible!! +Funny Fortnite Posts So 2350 calories is 100% of you calories - 35% (protein) of 2350 is = 822.5 - So it means you are eating 822.5 calories worth of protein. - Since 1g of protein=4calories 822.5 calories= 205.6g protein. Remember: 1g Fat=9calories 1g Protein=4 calories 1g Carbs= 4 calories. So if I eat 1000calories a day and I want my fats to be 40% then thats 400 calories worth of fat or (400÷9) 44.4g Fat If I want my Protein to be 40%, then im getting 400 calories worth of protein or (400÷4) 100g Protein hope this helps
U.S Federal Meme Agency 5 months ago
Buff Dudes how did you determine the grams in your macros from 2,350 Calories because I see that 35% is protein and etc. but how did you get 200g protein and so on.
Jesper Brown 7 months ago
Question. MyFitnessPal removes calories that you exercise, leading to it show you can eat more than (f.x) 2.2k Should I ignore that or should I use that? I.e. add more than 2.2k on days I work out, based on calories burnt.

How on earth can 36 of oats be equal to 280 kcals? (03:48). Every single packet of oats I've ever seen is like 340-350 kcal pr. 100 gram. I think I just learned why so many americans are obese :D

U look amazing, i am in awe of u. I am so intimidated by the whole macro thing, it seems you need to be highly advanced in math to properly equate your daily intake of carbs/protein/ratio for your frame/weight/activity level, it's just too much for me, i am a simple person & want to learn but every time i try to read up on it i give up, it's like a science wherein you need a degree just to take part.

Its even easier than he says here. i never counted one calorie, just limited my beer and fruit consumption to one a week each.  I had dumped my gf while working out of town and instead of feeling sorry for myself. i just spent the next 3 months working out even harder, in the morning at 430 am before my construction job 5 days a week and ate a ketogenic diet of mostly chicken eggs and green veggies. i went from 22% bf down to 8% and was the most muscular and shredded ive been in my life at 43 yrs old despite working out since i was 14. it got even better when i stopped the diet which ended dec 22 right before all the christmas feasting at my parents. I gained 11 of the 20 lbs lost back in 2 or 3 days of feast but it was a MASSIVELY GOOD THING cuz it was all water and carbs being stuffed into my muscles. Carb supercompensating contest BB call it. I went from a shredded181 to a masssive 192 ripped stuffed and so vascular veins were popping out everywhere i didnt even know i had veins before this. if i had known this was gonna happen i wouldve booked an expensive photosshoot to show off. the downer was i had no idea about sodium bloat and was completely smooth next day with puffy eyes and all vascularity gone :-( I normalized at about 186 a few days later after getting back to low carb diet.

How much muscle did you gain/Lose. You lost 10 lbs in 12 weeks which leads me to believe that you were a little high on the calories or you packed in 2 lbs of muscle while cutting.

You use too much chemistry man. I haven't trained for 2 years and just watched my diet, and still I have same looking muscles as when I worked out (maybe lost like 5-10%). Only difference is strength. I was stronger but by looks are the same. Eat normal food, no supplements like whey and creatin and that stuff, and train like crazy. When you are not training just watch what you eat. I regained my strength after 6 weeks of working out again. Muscle memory wtf. You look like normal guy when you dont work out. Like you never lifted a weight. That means too much chemistry. Like you were on roids or something

You must have good T levels to get that shredded physique. At age of 30, T levels begins to drop significantly compared to 20s, things get worse when someone's Job forces him to be seated 9hs a day. So, comparing to what i saw in the gym. i must say it's really hard to believe there were no drugs involved. I saw similar results in a 3 month cycle on a guy with 31 years old. I trained 4 years and he was kinda Small, abs no so visible, weak Chest. He started a drug cycle and told me what he did, after 3 months he got close yo what you achieved. Shredded, muscular, vascular. Fit.
Reubs 19 days ago
zzzzzz dude you have no idea -__-. Can you not clearly see he is already a trained lifter who just hasn't worked out in a while? Not only is he going to shred in a calorie deficit but as soon as you start working out again, a lot of your previous muscle comes back like crazy. This happened to me, lifting for 6 years, went backpacking for 3 years and didn't touch a weight, came back to the gym and strength and size gains literally felt like being on steroids. You can easily, EASILY triple your lifts within a few weeks. A detrained lifter can do an insane recomp in 12 weeks, if you think this guy is on steroids then you've set the bar pretty damn low on what you can achieve lol.

last year I've made everything what he said in the video.I was 92 and I lost 9 kilos with tdee cutting , I made a good shape , I had my own pull up records. but during my military service I ve eat everything what I found without considering its calories. And I gained every kilos that I lost. Now I'm 89. and I 'm going to start again. This video is the best motivational and informative video about ''cutting'' over youtube. Most of channels are hiding these types of hints ,and you are working like a machine without understanding key point of cutting.

You were never fat and you have no idea what it is like to actually be fat. It's easy to get ripped when you're predisposed to it. I'm glad that you are genetically blessed. But you should not be allowed to say you were ever fat. I know I will be fat shamed by people for saying this, I don't care. Been fat shamed for most of my life.
Tom Cowlishaw 15 days ago
Anyone who fat shames you mate deserves a big slap in the face. Keep at your fitness you'll get there and when you reach your goal you'll be laughing at all the shamers because you'll look better than them.

You only ate 2300 calories without going back to looking like a stick? Lol, I'm a skinny fat ectomorph. I guess I will have to eat 10000 calories to lose weight and 35000 to gain 1g of muscle mass.

Something else to keep in mind too, is to keep pushing yourself harder in the gym. ESPECIALLY as a beginner, since you'll be making progress faster. I got my diet and exercise in check when I was 215lbs and I dropped down to 170lbs in about 4 months. I looked pretty decent considering it had only been 4 months and felt great. Then I spent the next 6 months making no progress. I got frustrated and quit. Why? Because I did the same workouts, with the same amount of weight for the same amount of sets and reps, and I ate the same stuff. I stuck with what had worked, but I needed to go beyond that. I wasn't thinking about the fact that my workouts had become easy for me to do, and I really should have pushed myself harder. So keep pushing yourself, and like Hudson said, STAY CONSISTENT!

Jesus, add 500 calorie to gain muscle? Are you seriously stupid? You need to increase protein intake not calorie! Do yourself a favour guys and talk to a real doctor, a good and nutrition specialist if you must but don’t be daft like this guy in the video.
pete55 2 months ago
And you are a daft cunt if you think adding more protein to already high protein intake will do jack shit. Macros and kcal go hand in hand, don't ignore the other like a retard. After you hit like 2.2g of protein * bodyweight(kg) you will have diminishing returns. Just like adding more than 500kcal to your TDEE will have diminishing returns. There was a study about the subject of protein intakes on pubmed which concluded that after you eat above recommended levels of protein, energy intake aka kcals become a bigger factor on strength/muscle gains. I can't be bothered to google for it but you can before you go misleading people with bro science. Of course, if your goal is to gain 2 kg of lean mass in a year as a beginner because you are afraid of being at a higher body fat % for the winter go ahead, lean bulk all you want with those sweet 300grams of proteins per day.
