i dp leg day 1once a week at the gym and then i do your workouts a different day during the week so i get 2 leg and butt workouts days per week i do arms and back chest and shoulders once a week 2 thanks for some extra workouts

Total waste of time. I did not feel anything in my legs or booty but only my heart rate rise up. It's not about my posture. I do the same exercises by another fitness instructor and I feel the burn within a min that too without weights.

sorry. if you are a beginner your body may just need time to adjust. I used to feel the same way maybe not itchy but the rest yeah. learning to breathe was tough but you get the hang of it after a while. the allergy part is hilarious though lol. keep at it.
