I love your enthusiasm! This video is so full of life compared to other workout videos because normally people just tell you what to do in the most dead robotic tone ive ever heard. I want to say thank you so much. I used to do this workout all the time for weeks and I could really tell the difference. Then my motivation for loosing my very unhealthy fat stopped and I gained more and more until I weighed 16 stone, at 15. I have started dieting again and doing this exercise combined with a couple of others in order to get back into shape, and I already feel a lot healthier and mentally happier. Thank you :) 🙏

I did this for 8 days and and got quick results. After 3 days my armpit fat is fading fast and back is slimming. Update: its been 2 weeks and the armpit fat is gone. its still back fat and a lil muffin top. However my arms are noticeably smaller n toned and my back dimples are--- WAIT, I GOT BACK DIMPLES 😄 Most importantly u cant see my fat rolls thru my shirt.

I have mild scoliosis. I just finished the workout, and my upper back hurts a bit. I hope it’s the good kind of hurt which means my muscles are strengthening and not the bad kind of hurt that is bad for my back and spine😅 But great workout, I loved it!

I've been keto for the past month I've lost almost a stone in that time (12 pounds) but my back is just a nightmare zone it's where my fat collects like a family gathering where all the weird aunts hang out and you cannot get RID and it makes me miserable so imma try this as so many of the comments say how much difference they've seen in a short amount of time!!
