I dont usually comment on videos, I've been looking for something to hwlp me loose my back fat, because my whole body is thin but my back is like a lump of lard. And ive been looking for an exercise routine that helps and i wont get bored of. Girl! Gonna give updates on this! Wish Me luck! I've lost 20lb in 4 months (got 15 more to go!) and now I'm working on tonning areas and not just doing cardio. Watching what I ate was the biggest game breaker for me! Lost 5 lb per month and will make it a lifestyle of eating healthy. Took 2 months to fix my diet. Day one 01/08/19: ✔️ Jesus it was hard! But I chugged through with little slack! I'm determined to be able to wear tank tops comfortably!! No one shall make me uncomfortable wearing what I love most! Going to do this for a week straight! I'll keep posted on my progress. Day 1: Did the whole workout at night and drank a two bottle of water. Doing this exercise made my arms feel really tired since I don't really workout my arms. Day 2: drank water all day at school and work and at night I did the exercise, was still struggling haha Day 3: Drank more water throughout the day, did exercise late at night. I do not really see a difference I might start doing it every morning and night. I'll keep y'all updated.
