I started this challenge 1st day of August and now I'm in the 17th day. I couldn't commit to the dark green leaf inclusion to my diet & sometimes I do not consume 2 liters of water per day. I can feel that I have gotten stronger and my muscles are now more relaxed (they are hurting before due to always sitting) but the problem is I tend to eat more so now I'm gaining weight. 😂 I'd recommend this challenge as it will really makes you more flexible and strong.

I’m going to do the challenge and update every day! Day 1: holy motherrrr I was shaking the whole time and had to take a few breaks. It’s a lot more challenging than I thought it’d be! Day 2: My muscles were a bit sore from yesterday, but I got through it with only 2 breaks! I also didn’t shake as much. Day 3: It felt good to give my muscles a break! I do some of your videos repeatedly because they fit perfectly during my lunch hour and the park. Even in 10 - 20 minutes my body feels awake and my mind feels freshened.

I had to keep pausing this lol, it hurt so bad. I kept saying why do you hate me but I know that that means it's challenging and not your fault lol. It just kind of sucks because I thought I was in good shape and now I feel like I'm nothing in comparison haha

Does somebody else have the problem that their hips sometimes hurt when they are lying on the side, or that their hipbones reeeally hurt when they do the grasshoppers exercise (lying on the belly, lifting legs up) ?? i have wide hips but I wonder if that improves when I build up muscles around that area? :/ hopefully 😄‼️💕

I just realized how much I've improved in all this. A year ago I wasn't even able to get into a full side plank because an illness had made short work of my back muscles, but I kept working at it little by little. These days I can do the entire side plank series in this video without discomfort. Your videos have been a great help.

Hey! I love this workout and I've been doing it for a couple of months, with great results. I have a question though, during the last three exercises I experience a lower back pain that sometimes, if Im having a tense workout, can last for 1 or 2 days. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I try to focus my strength on my gluts when I push my legs up , but still the pain remains. Any advice is welcome. Thanks! Love

I’m having trouble with the straight leg movements (cross cross drops, the wide leg movements, etc) and find that I need to stop and stretch my hips. I can hear my hips “pop” during these movements. Any recommendations? I usually foam roll and hop on the rebounder before this, or do one of your cardio workouts like 21 days of sweat! I love your channel, the content is amazing and has helped me transition to a vegetarian diet!
