The demonstrators do not follow the technique described in the text. For example the for mountain climbers the description says lift your knee slowly towards your chest, but the girl in the demonstartion is moving her legs fast. This is a very different exercise, being more aerobic, but easier, requiring less strength and flexibilty. On the lunges the desciption states place your feet shoulder width apart , yet both the pictures and the demonstration show the feet together. The ladies demonstrating the push-ups (badly) do not keep their elbows close enough to their bodies. This can cause excessive strain in the rotator cuff area, especially among people who are not strong enough to complete this exercise. I suggest that you should decide how you want the exercises to be performed, then either change the description or re-film the demonstrations to suit. May I also suggest that you show a push up with the knees on the groud, as I doubt if many of the people that this will appeal to will be capable of completing 30 seconds of full press On a positive note, you have had over 13 million views, so hopefully you will have inspired many people to have improved their fitness.

Whew!! Just finished doing this workout. It felt longer than 5 minutes. Hahaha.but this is just my beginning. My goal, is to do this in the morning before work and again at night before I go to bed. Wish me luck!

I've been doing this exercise for a full month in the morning before work. It does not replace an hour in the gym, but it will start to firm you up. It's also a good starting point. I walk 1.8 miles on my 1/2 lunch and use my 15 minute break to eat lunch. Then I go to the gym for an hour and walk 2-2 1/2 miles and do various weight bearing exercise. I'm losing 1 lb per week and am 48 years young. I eat healthy so I think in about 2 more months I should make my goal weight.

Looked very low intensity to me. The push ups are hard, but they did more than a minute of them. The people in the video didn't even break a sweat. Better than sitting on the couch and will certainly give you a benefit over being completely sedentary, but not going to be as good as a hard one hour workout. Absolutely no research given to prove the statements. What research study did this come from??? None.

Hi!, just starting this s I can stay out of the heat!. IT IS tiring but enjoyable, lost two pound in 5 days! YAY!! hardest are Pushups!, i saw ONE PUSHUP being done -- KEEP it UP!!! I have to do my pushups on the wall still, but managed to roll out of bed to the floor and did one - Knees - pushup. that is great. been working on those for several weeks. Second is the PLANK. well held it for 30 seconds, gettin' there. I'm excited I hoe you all are on your progressions and changes. Have a GREAT DAY!!!

I physically cannot push pressure on my wrists to do the push ups or mountain climbers, so I swapped it for planks and jump Splits and ohhhmy god I felt it. I’m sweating and this is good!! Going to add some other at home workouts with the stairs and do this on days I can’t get to the gym. Going to try to do it once in the morning and at night
