+Prashanth Kumar wall push ups so do exactly the same but like two or three steps away from the wall lean towards the wall. Should be almost on tippy toes like the traditional ones, it works well, and it works the same muscle groups.

This doens't replace 1 hour in the gym. You seem to focus on weight loss. People who just wanna lose weight really don't need to go to a gym. Funny how your title says 4 minutes but the description says 5 minutes. Oh well, 14 million views still. Mad world :)

I'm going to restart this today, I had been doing this essentially every day for two months and then every two days as well as gym for a month and I can say although it took time I did get very good improvements, I could tell there was a slight increase in muscle mass, I developed a six pack and I really did look a lot better. Unfortunately I stopped about two months ago due to family problems and over that time all that progress has seemed to be reversed, due to this I'm going to try start this up again. If you want fast results my number one piece of advice is do this numerous times a day, start with maybe three, then to five. It's exhausghting but you'll feel the results
