I absolutely am in love with your videos. Been watching and working out for three days and I can definitely feel a difference in my body. Especially my thighs. I just did this work out. And you asked us to let you know how it felt. It felt like FIRE! And I loved every minute. I have been a gym rat off and on over the years and used weight machines for lower body work out thinking something like this might be inadequate for the sweat and burn I wanted. Like I mentioned, it’s fire! I’m dripping wet and really felt a burn in muscles i really havent felt in a long time. Thank you!

I would suggest giving it a rest because it happened to me as well the first few times I did this workout and giving it a rest for a day or two actually helps alot

So I've done this 4 times a week this week and I've seen improvement. I've added just 8 pounds on each hand on the first half. I've seen such an improvement, even if its just alittle of weight, but I also do another butt workout out hers too. I'll keep you guys posted. (: I'm also kinda skinny, so I'm kinda getting thighs.

Zlata great question! In my Opinion it really depends on the person and your schedule. I like the get a jump start on my workouts in the morning. Some people work out better in the evening. I would recommend finding whats better for you.

I love that you realistically feel the burn as much as I do! I felt bad for taking breaks until I saw you taking breaks. This Is a great work out! 24 hours later and I still feel the burn when I try to sit down!! 😭😂

this is one of my favourite workouts of all time! it targets all the main areas of your lower body and I love how theres a balance between standing exercise and floor exercise. After doing this exercise for a few months I love how strong my legs have gotten and all them squats are making my bum quite big!! 10/10 for me :)

1 month ago I literally had no butt, it was flat and I could feel my bones when I was sitting. now I have a good butt, it isn’t super big cuz I’ve been doing it for 1 month but it’s really better and lifted. Thank u ❤️❤️ gonna continue this.
