The first time I did this I only got half way through and I hurt so bad for 2 days after. I've done it now the second time and I made it all the way through. Will see how I feel tomorrow 😂.

*Love these things.>>>**ur2.pl/1190** Wanted to build a small home gym in my garage, but didn't want to take up a ton of space. They are perfect for giving you tons of options for weight increments while not creating the clutter of having 15 pairs of dumbbells. They are very easy to use and quickly adjust weight. The only knock as others have said is that if you did the smallest weight (5 pounds), it's a bit bulky for a 5 pound weight. Not a deal breaker for me by any means.I anticipated that. I always appreciate Kelly's fit but natural body! So often fitness women have 5% body fat with big fake huge boobs. It's impossible. I love that she's curvy and strong BUT natural! It's refreshing. Thank You for inspiring me!

I have dropped about 12 pounds in 2 months by following these workouts and eating healthy. My body type is one where I lose weight really slowly and gain it really fast. So I take a tape measure and measure my body every 2-3 weeks. My originally flabby and fatty butt, thighs and calves are gradually becoming leaner and stronger and toning down. I LOVE this format for your workout videos. I like seeing the preview of what we are doing next as well as the time clock, workout left to go meter, and calorie burning. You guys should do this for all of your videos! I also liked the fact that she was narrating the video while doing it instead of a voice over.

I remember when I did this workout for the first time 1 year ago, and was *hard*, I couldn't keep up with her and took tons of breaks. Between following this channel, fit apps and other channels, I'm back because here is the best one, and *today* I don't struggled even a bit, I was able to continue the squat pulses without stopping, and I'm so happy! I absolutely am in love with your videos. Been watching and working out for three days and I can definitely feel a difference in my body. Especially my thighs.
