I´m just 14 years old, a fugding teenager with a HIGH amount of testosterone, my body is full of hair and I mean a LOT of hair. I laughed at her so much when she did the push-ups. She seemed so weak though. I just set the time 30 sec too and did my push-ups. And guess what, she was making 18 push-ups under 30 sec but I did 46 push-ups without stopping. I am not here for attention I just want you guys to know that it isn't impossible if you are working hard and following your dreams. Keep fighting for yourself! Good luck!

I love this so much!! I am extremely overweight and am very insecure. I for once was able to stick to a routine that worked. I couldn't even do pushups before and now I can. I been doing at least twice every day. It's an awesome workout that works.

This isn't an insult; she's so long! I'm 4ft 11 with T-rex hands and stubby legs, so some exercises tend to give me trouble to do, like the side plank thing: but I try my best. She's awesome! She does it relatively effortlessly. Also, I tend not to like routines with more than two jumping components at a time; like here had a set of jumping jacks, because they hurt my breast to be honest- even with a bra. (Sorry if that's TMI.) But this one looks great, I'll definitely try it. Thank you all!

I'm what most call skinny fat and REALLY want to work on my toning and strength now that I'm into my early 40's & having issues keeping the pudgy middle and thighs at bay. There's no way I will be able to do some of these exercises more than 1 rep (push ups & planks mainly) but if I keep doing this routine daily, will I still improve or would it be too repetitive ? I need to start somewhere and this looks doable. I have limited time and space & really want to kick-start myself for more challenging workouts in the future. Thanks!!

I'm about a stone heavier than I usually am at the moment and started doing this workout most mornings before breakfast. I swear I feel a difference already after not even 2 weeks, I feel a bit fitter, tiny bit leaner, sharper mentally too and I look forward to doing the workout. Working out is the best thing for you

Hi! I've been doing this exercise 4 rounds a day for 4 months. Along with proper diet, I lost 17 pounds and moved from being Obese Type I to having Normal BMI ^_^ Thank you!

I like this one! I love that she's out of breath, and switches to easier style when she needs to, but she is still a BEAST for sure! Showing both the wrong and right way to do it, reminding you to land gracefully during high knees, after all, it takes more strength to be graceful! Amen sister! Lol 👍👍

I just tried it and. If you are not a beginner and you work out every day or 5 days a week, then this is ONLY a warm up routine before you start your real work out 😀 so after this short warm up i worked out at home with Other routine videos from Fitness Blender! so good 😉

Been doing this for a long time, coming back to it I feel my muscle groups have grown used to it all. At 50 it is a solid workout. I WOULD recommend doing a chart of the exercises as you can either beat you reps of ensure you don;'t let it slip. This is the key a CHART!

Hello, I am new to fitness blender. Usually I hit planet fitness on my way home from the office. But this week my car ended up in the shop which is making me work from home. On my break i browsed youtube to find workouts while at home. This is working great. I performed the complete 15 minute work out and completely covered in sweat! Yes , I am over weight from working behind the desk and have been attending the gym for several months. This site works out great for me while I am at home waiting for my car to be fixed. Gotta swing your arms while doing the high knees though. That'll enable you to keep your body and back straight as well as stabilising yourself. Plus, it gives you more momentum to drive those knees higher, making your whole intensity level higher too.

+sweet sunny the first exercise serves as warm up already. Jumping jacks are easy to perform, not too strenuous and they give you a full body warm up. that's why its the first exercise.
