Giving up refined sugars was surprisingly easy I thought it was going to be perpetual hell, turns out your body adjusts to it and now eating refined sugars actually makes me feel uncomfortable. Now I don't even think about it

I actually just tried this for 3 months (as I write this comment) but I know it works! The proof : I choose to stop eating non mint candies since December 2018. One day, still in December, when I was just stopped for about 2 weeks, my mom bought 1 pack of melon and milk flavored candy. When I saw the candy I said to myself I don't eat this kind of candy and I wasn't tempted to try it even just one. I didn't even want to look at it. And I don't regret my decision to not trying it. Finally something that really works. I'll stop consuming another sugary food/drink when I'm ready and I'll keep doing it until I reach my goal to completely stop consuming refined sugar.

Sorry but the most effective way to break bad habits and change the whole life is Iboga (or maybe Ayahuasca or some other psychedelics). At least for me it was a life changing experience. And it didn't change only one annoying bad habit but it fixed bunch of problems I had. I quit weed, stop stealing, anxiety and depression was gone, quit smoking, my whole point of view for live changed etc I don't have any bad thoughts I used to have. Everything was so negative. And without any struggling or side effects. Of course there was a risk for Psychose or allergic reaction. but all went well.

It doesn’t take years, it took me a few months of determination, failures and relapses to go complete vegan after eating like a wild animal for over 25 years. I’ve been vegan for about 9 months now and I don’t regret a second of any of the sacrifices I had to make. I encourage everyone else in the world puts their best foot forward and make a positive change for am experience of a lifetime. Remember, it only took me a few months to go from wild boar to canary.
