Lssj100 a superset is doing more than one exercise before resting. you'll move immediately from one exercise to the next and then resting after you finish both. Hope this helps!

broo everytime I do hanging knee raises, my lower back pops, it doesnt crack it just pops like a bone or tendon is moving. Theres no point but im scared if i might mess my back up

+me He just showed you. Hanging leg raises are really effective for targeting the lower abs. Personally, I love roll-outs using an ab wheel. And what's great is that if you buy a cheap, $10 ab wheel, you can do them in the comfort of your home. OMG, have you ever tried a cable crunch? They are a SUPER effective, overall ab workout. They'll build thick, blocky abs b/c you're using resistance. You will really feel the burn. If you search for 3D Abs with the Great Dane on YouTube, you can watch a great video on how to perform this exercise. You can do them with a cable machine at the gym or you could use a resistance band and do them, again, in the comfort of your home.

I just watched your ab video and I had a question. I do weighted abs every day (7 days a week) for about 30 minutes supper-setting them, but I can't seem to get solid block abs. I was wondering why I can't?  ( Some people say it is because I am over working them, but when I try to reduce my ab workouts they almost just go away completely).

+Alexander Patterson It could be for a couple of reasons. Your bodyfat % could be a little too high. Also it's because if you work the same muscle everyday you're not giving it enough time to recover and the tears you're creating in your muscles are in a constant state of being torn and not being given time to actually rebuild.

I believe overweight people should definitely work abs because except losing fat you also want to build and maintain as much muscle as possible ! Right now I am in the worst phase. I am basically skinny fat but that doesn't concern me as long as I do my cardio , watch my diet and train hard ! It doesn't matter if you are overweight , hit your abs and believe me you are going to see results ! ;)

Stomach may be heavier than lower back, i started doing heavy deadlifts when this happened to me and i dont feel pain anymore when i train abs, just get the strength in the lower back up, you can do deadlifts or rack pulls that work best

+steven richard you are not training correctly, you are going too low, you 're training your hips + abs, thats why you have pains in your back, do limited range of motion CRUNCHES, not sit-ups. Youtube it. Hope that helps :)

I absolutely loooove all of your videos. I am a girl so, my macros would not fit to yours :) kidding. You cut series Len Jones episodes helped me big time (besides making me laugh a lot out) and now I am starting to increase my calories for bulking - after having reached 10.9% body fat (TG). I am looking forward to watch all of your bulking videos series.
