thanks for the understanding and the exercises of abs i had a mate of mine that ignored abs he had a great body and he had abs but they weren't up to scratch with the rest of the body and he strained a muscle in the abs area and it scared the crap out of hime now he swears by them even if you don't care if they show you need them to keep the body together.

Hey Guys, Awesome, informative, relevant, interesting video. Nothing is better than having two pros teach, give technical pointers, personal preferences, and positive mental attitude to us. You guys make me feel proud to be a body builder and it refreshing to know I'm on the right track, as far as, being encouraging and uplifting to others in my gym. Sure, about 1/3 of the fellows in my gym are bigger than me. Do I feel jealous? Hell no! They've just been working at it longer than me and I use them as inspiration. They are my good friends and we share techniques, nutritional and supp. info, we spot for each other, and we listen when a brother is down and needs a friend to confide in. That's how to WIN at life and WIN true friends.   WE do need many more videos like this one and YES, you guys need to real dig in and really consider kicking out some really serious series based compilations. You are the pros. I'll probably never be one myself but, that doesn't mean I should not think, work out, and have a professional approach to my workouts and overall physical health. I hope you guys, ( Marc and Phil ) really do make these videos a regular feature for us. The actual truth is most of these pro bodybuilders do little isolated abdominal training because it's likely to thicken their core which is a big no no aesthetically. No amount of crunches or isolated ab training will give you a six pack, only being extremely low in bodyfat will give you visible ab muscles & there's no guarantee you'll have a clean cut, symmetrical 6 pack, that's a matter of genetics. Just do lots of heavy compound movements which require core strength & your abs will be nice and developed when you drop weight. Go look at professional power lifters who get immensely large from eating mass quantities of food but can pull 700 lbs off the floor, squat the same & bench 500.almost all of them have great abs when they diet down & drop weight because of their insanely strong cores.

Man great video, see I don't usually comment on videos but I guess this one was great. I mean i know people always say Comment and subscribe but really it's very nice to see that what you guys give to us, all that insight and tips and so much more than that, things like motivation and really actual encouragement and help regarding dealing with problems, we also give to you, not in the same way maybe but it's good to know that us fans and people who are trying to leave this lifestyle inspired by people like you keep you guys going. And really, we all know you profit from this but who cares, I mean If you didn't really like making all these videos and helping people out you wouldn't take the time every day to post videos and constantly renovate the contents and basically help us out. Front squats 3-8 reps 3 sets, back squats 6-12 reps 3 sets, calf raise 20 reps slow and hold at the top as many sets as you can handle. leg extension and ham curl super set 3-4 sets as many reps as possible. Not including warm up sets for squats, you should aim to be able to back squat your body weight for 6-12 reps then proceed from there. You won't find much better than that for what your legs need.
