Workouts like this help build muscle, and when you build muscle your body will burn more calories and will burn them throughout the day as opposed to cardio which you only really burn the calories while you are doing the workout and not so much after or throughout the day. But remember it's not all about calories. Stick to eating whole plant foods and you'll see the weight drop ;)

hi i'll go ahead and log my experience with this ( i dont exercise at all and am overweight ) first day (yesterday): was super tough + paired with beach butt workout and sweat like a pig second day: was actually pretty good! i just have to do it on carpet tho so the side planks hurt but its fun! ended up having to pause after plank twists! i'm also sore from yesterday and i have to say, its a satisfying burn! third day: was amazing! didn't have to pause besides once when my workout friend needed to pick up her phone lol

I'm going to do a 30 day work out wish me luck Day 1: it was so hard my arms were especially really tired and whilst I was doing the workout my abs were burning. Hi! To all the people here is my diary yall of my active month and I say that cause I'm lazy. I'm a teen only weight 83 pounds but I am very petit. So here it is. Day 1 OMG how do people do this like my neck hurts more than my abs. I don't want a fat muscle neck. I stopped for 10 seconds ever exercise! Day 2 Goodness was it a lot easier I stopped a couple times but I powered through most of it! Can't see any changes yet but we keep trying right?! 😂 Like if you want me to keep going! 😊 Day 3 What the workout! That was so hard! So you can’t blame me because I had an intense dance practice and I was hurting so this made it harder for me to do. 😵 I’m literally dead 🔥 anyways see you guys tomorrow!

Day 1: I breezed through the first half and then the second half killed me. The 10 minutes goes by really fast actually. Hopefully this does something! Day 2: Man everything is so sore and it makes it so hard to do anything fully. Even my neck muscles are sore like how?!

I am overweight and never really exercised before. Tried some HIIT workouts but I tend to skip them in between the week. I also have this overwhelming appetite that will bring back the calories I have lost after exercise. I want to create the habit of exercising, I do this 10 mins. during nighttime. day 1: how can she do this without any break in between?! and how the heck can you do that right side plank? :(( day 2: still can't do the right side plank. After 7 mins. I can only do half of the workout without break, take a break for 2 seconds and do it again. (Will be trying this workout until 11 December 2018. Thank you Stephanie M. for inspiring me to do this.)

I'm going to try this workout over the course of 30 days/a month. (Today is 11/11/18) DISCLAIMER: I sometimes do this at night, so its not going to be perfect and I might forget oops, I was a gymnast and did a lot of core strength, and I am not watching what I am eating, so that might throw off the results. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 1: Pretty hard, but I got through it. Did not take any breaks in between the exercises. :) Day 2: Still pretty hard but a little bit easier than yesterday. Still did not take any breaks in between. Day 3: Just as hard as yesterday, but I still got through it. Again, did not take any breaks in between. (This is kind of random but I just wanted to note that the workout felt easier and faster today) Day 4: A little bit easier than yesterday, but not much difference. Successfully completed the workout though.

eat vegan you would be amaze by the amount of food you can eat for less calories (never go below your bmr) (eat about 500 cals less than your daily burn)(and try walking more in the day), this exercice it self dont burn a lot, i would say 50-100 calories so dont expect a lot on it ( is for tone), going vegan would also help you save the enviroment

hi i am here to update y’all since it might be really helpful!! before i begin i just want to let you guys know that i do have a fat metabolism and am in pretty good shape my goal here is to define my abs and get in better shape !! im pretty active and do workout regularly and do plenty of physical activities as well, i’m super excited to start this !! day 1: by the end it got really tiring!! really felt the burn wow but it feels sooo good in the end.

I started this workout 3 days ago and the first and second day was so painful. Yesterday was my rest day, and today that I'm continuing with the exercises they are wayyy less painful and I don't get tired that fast, so I decided to do this workout twice a day since I feel like I can stand more.

Worked out first time ever and with this I'm dead. x/ edit: day 2: worse than first day. I can feel now how sore my muscles were. Looks like it's going to be tough journey for lazy bum like me. I am going to update on the workout. I’m starting off with a 34 inches measured at my belly button. I will do this workout once everyday. Day 1, Friday-this was difficult and a I could definitely feel the burn but I pushed through. After the workout, I felt so good! My stomach felt tight and strong. Day 2, Saturday-was less motivated to do it today but I did it because I want a banging body! It felt harder today to get through the workout and didn’t feel as good after but definitely good feel the slight tightness in my stomach.

I've been doing this workout about 2 times a week ever since she uploaded it. I definitely did notice a difference but I eat too much so I've stopped seeing results 😂 I also do my own ab workouts when I have extra time

I am a 13 year old girl who is 5'9 and 134 lbs. I am not underweight or overweight but i want to lose 5 inches off my stomach. im gonna do this daily,like if u want me to continue updating! From day 1-3 i was eating unhealthy bc i was rlly depressed-feely but day 4 and so on is my usual vegetarian or vegan diet. Trying to drink 1-2 litres o/ water a day. ( everyday i skip heel touches bc i feel no burn when i do them and i try at bicycle crunches but fail.) for some i dont even go the full 30 seconds bc im so uncomfortable,but i try bc i need to lose the inches rlly badly! I'm looking out for a modeling agency to accept me.  starting point : 29 inches on upper stomach 30 on lower stomach Day 1: I was doing Vicky Justiz workouts before this but i wanted faster results, so the first 4 minutes weren't bad,but i cant do bicycle crunches idk y so i just skip it out. These hurt my neck and my abs like crazy. 5 minutes in and i already feel the burn. I ate really unhealthy today and didn't drink much water,will do better tomorrow. I took a minute break after every plank and only skipped like 2 of the exercises. So proud of myself lol Day 2: Did 5 minutes,extremely unmotivated Day 3: Skipped it. Day 4: Stopped doing this,it helped to make me stronger but didn't really help me decrease in size, i now do the 10 minute model ab routine by sanne vloet because i actually go through the whole thing somehow,it has less exercises you just do them for longer. Keep going no matter what!

I was a cardio nut.I am what you consider skinny fat always 100-105 pounds, have in mind I'm about 5 feet tall, smallish frame, body fat has always been a bit too high. doctors told me my cholesterol was too high and suggested I commit to a workout for a month also to watch what I put in my body. It was shocking to feel how weak and frail my core had become.But I will commit and do this every morning!!

I’ve done this workout everyday for around 2 weeks now and I can see my abs showing a bit more. However, I tried to eat as healthy as possible (I’m pescatarian) and I still am. I’m 13 and 1.73m, weighing around 55kg. I consumed around 950 kcal a day. And I also go jogging at least 3 times a week at 7-7.5mph for around 45mins. My meal plan on weekdays: Breakfast: 5 tablespoons of oatmeal with 1/3 cup of almond milk. With some grapes and 1/2 tbspoon of low fat no sugar/salt peanut butter. Snack: (Normally I don’t have snack as I’m not hungry. But if I get hungry, I eat fruits like strawberries or grapes) Lunch: MORE FIBER, MORE EGGS Dinner: (Lol I’m too lazy to finish writing) *Like this comment if you wanna get an update*

I just do a simple plank, reverse plank, side plank and sometimes i did somepart of this exercise. I've already seen small difference. Even with simple workout. If i do this. The result would be hugeeeeee. And yeah. A tips. To relax after exercising. Do the basic yoga(leg cross) and focus on your breathing. Believe me. You will feel wonderful afterwards.

I am a twelve year old girl who is 5'2 and about 112 lbs. My bmi is about 20, given the scale. I’m going to try to do this everyday for a month and tell you my results. Quick little thing about my workout life. I do gymnastics every day but I haven’t been able to lately and most likely won’t for another month because of a concussion from basketball. This is something that I can do (workout wise) without killing my head. Also I already have some abs but I mainly wanna burn lower belly fat. Day one: Ok so this is my first time doing this workout. It was hard but not as hard as I was expecting. A little tired but not the end of the world. Day two: So I did this again today and I just wanna mention how sore I was today it hurt to sit down which I think is a good thing. Day three: same as day two but I was a little less sore

Johanna M tips : - drink water with honey and lemon - add apple cider vinegar to your water ( please search and get informed on the correct way to not burn your esophagus and such ) - walk alot - do cardio! - eat mostly clean - reward yourself with a cheat day every once in a while - watch motivational videos - be productive so you don’t want to eat
