Been doing this along with emi Wong’s lower ab work out and occasionally some of Gabriella whited’s ab workouts starting to see my waist getting smaller, my back looking better and my stomach getting flatter been doing this for just over a month so far , in terms of diet I haven’t been on any certain diet just cutting out sodas and juices most of the time drinking a lot more water and trying to eat some slightly healthier meals , less fast food (rarely) and not eating a lot of junk or things that include hig saturated fat levels or high sugar levels I’ll update this next month :)

I might as well tell you how it's been so far (i'll keep updating) Day 1: Surprisingly not that hard for me (except the flanks) didn't do them all for the 30 seconds though lol. Note: I started eating more healthy and go on a run whenever i can. Day 2: It was harder but i did them all for 30 seconds (again, except the plans) Day 3: I saw a little change in my stomach but nothing too big yet, i did them all, yay! Day 4: Again, a little change and I did them all without taking a 5-10 second break!

1/18/19 Day 1: was a struggle I could hardly do it properly. 1/19/19 Day 2: I woke up feeling sore my legs and upper body were in pain I did the workout and felt relieved afterwards. 1/20/19 Day 3: I woke up again the pain went away a little but I Did the workout again. 1/21/19 Day 4: woke up I was bloated but still did the workout, the pain from day 2 went away the workout was still tough to get through.

so have been working out for exactly two weeks now every day. I did workout legs, arms and abs. But i haven't lost ANY weight and i feel like i don't make progress. I still can't do pushups, i still don't have abs and my legs are still ugly. I am desperate because everyone is saying that they see changes after two weeks. 30 days of the ab workout and 100 hip Thrusts a day Day 7 : i really wanted to rest for day because I couldn’t be bothered but I didn’t and I feel so good after I did it. It has got much easier. If working on improving the way I do each exercise (not making it sloppy) and I have so far. I would say the hardest part is when she goes so her hands and does planks ect and I’m loving it so far (i also went vegetarian on the 1st of January and am training 3 times a week for 4 hours on top of all this

Been doing this a week straight plus 100 hip thrusts a day with different techniques for the hipthusts ( frog, narrow, weights, one leg a time ect ) and I’m going strong I wanted to have a day off today but I was like you know what. don’t give up YOU ONLY HAVE 3 MORE WEEKS TO GO 🙄😢

Since everybody is saying that this workout works pretty well by doing it everyday, I will go ahead and try it as well. I will keep updates posted. Day 1: It was fine. My neck hurt a little bit (and no, I did not use my hands to lift my neck, I know you aren't supposed to do that) and I took like three 10 seconds break throughout the video. Feeling fine though! Day 2: A bit sore from yesterday but today my neck almost didn't hurt at all. Also took the three 10 seconds break. Not very different from yesterday. Day 3: Same as day 2 lmao Don't feel any improvement in terms of resistance yet. Not too sore.

Genuine question: On the first plank she did, her back part was kinda raised. Aren't you supposed to have your whole back straight when doing this? All images I find on google and also the description says that you need to form a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles. And her back part is just super arched :/

WOW!!! It's the first time I'm trying this workout and I must admit it. It was HELLA difficult. Well I used to excersise in summer for 1 hour every day but since then I haven't been working out. So I lost 13 kgs with healthy eating but my belly is still there, I mean my bones all over my body are showing up but my belly is not even flat. So well I just completed this video and tbh I took some 5-second breaks to catch my breath in the beginning but then I did the rest without stopping. Even if the planks killed me, I continued. My abs are BURNING but my head and nech hurt a bit now. So I think I'm going to continue doing this. When I was about to give up, I dreamed about my body with abs and kept going. Don't give up people!

I’m really late comment this but I’ve decided new year better body I’ve been working out everyday ‼️ it’s very hard but I’m going to keep y’all updated on how I do and maybe this year I’ll learn to love my body and get fit: Day 1: this workout kicked my butt big time i hurt my neck and I started giving up Day 2: I decided that when things got hard to just pause the video and take a minute break Day 3: I’ve gotten a little better at the work out but I’m starting to get very sore Day 4: I actually see a difference in my body and I’m starting to be proud of the result I’m gonna try harder! Day 5: I’ve slowly but surely have been get better at this workout pretty soon I won’t need to take breaks Day 6: I didn’t take as many breaks as I normally do and my result is getting better Day 7: I’m extremely sore but I’m pushing through Day 8: this soreness is kicking my butt but it’s just weakness leaving the body Day 9: I didn’t take one break! At all I’m so proud! Day 10: I’ve started to become more confident in myself and my body! Day 11: I didn’t have time for the whole workout I had a busy day and only did half 😕 Day 12: During swim my friends told me I’m starting to get abs that made me feel very happy! Day 13: I kicked this workout’s butt today and I feel great. Day 14: I rested because I’m really sore 😩
