So I did this for 4 days and I can definitely see that my ab line (?) has defined SO MUCH!! It feels deeper than it was 4 days ago (!!) ofc. My waist definitely got smaller and my stomach got extremely flat to the point I look like a pole on the side. At first my neck hurts but then I got to workout my abs instead of my neck now pft might update ~

I’m gonna be updating these days. Current waist size: 27.6 inches Age:13 😂💀 Day 1: I didn’t feel anything, but when I did the planks, it was like there’s an earthquake 💀 but it felt great after. Day 2: I can barely do the workouts straight, my abs are sore, I had to have 5 secs of rest each workout, but other than that, I didn’t stop. Day 3: I only got to 7 minutes cuz I spent the night somewhere, and I was at a hotel, but I did extras, I never stopped in the middle of the workouts, and it felt great. Day 4: idk if this workout’s helping me lose weight cuz I lost 2 pounds in the past few days that I have been doing this, imma check my waist size in 3 days.

i have been doing this from two weeks and i’m not kidding i’m already toned and my stomach is so slim omg. i also recommend doing this with the butt workout and the hourglass one. do this for a month and you would be so happy with your results!!

I've been doing this for two months every day, plus her other abs work out which lasts less than six minutes. In two months I only skipped four days because I was in Prague and I walked all day long. I was already skinny when I started (I was 5,7 feet for 116 lbs and have not lost or gained weight). Even if I feel way stronger I don't see much of a difference in my belly. It is flat and when I flex you can see some muscles, but only a little bit. If I relax they completely disappear and only a really slight and undefined line can be seen in the centre of my abdomen.

Is anyone's skeptical if this works, I was the same before I started and can now say that it does! Two weeks ago, before I started this, I wasn't working out at all and had a bit of a belly ngl. I started doing this once a day, 5 times a week, then found that doing it twice a day, 6 times a weeks got me faster results. I paired this along with some other short workouts (not for abs), so I was doing about 35 mins of exercise a day, this workout is asking up 20 mins. With this routine and a bit cleaner eating, two weeks later I feel stronger, and my abs are definitely starting to show, especially when I flex them. My belly has also gone down, so my side profile doesn't look like I'm 3 months pregnant lmao. This is also coming from me, who's body takes forever to change, even with intense exercise. Sorry for the wall of words, but trust me, this works!

yes, it will definitely work! when I first started doing this, I needed some time between each set but eventually I just started doing it without stopping. it takes some time for you (and your body) to ajust to such an intense workout but you'll get there. so it definitely won't stop working if you stop for 30 sec (or even more)! but my advice is that when you feel more comfortable doing it, make your breaks smaller and smaller. and you'll get to a day when you'll be able to do it without even stopping! hope I helped :)

doing this for a month and will actually update. eating ok, no junk food. 3-7 bottles of water. I'm also doing 10 mins of cardio everyday, and 20-30 mins of toning (lml if you want the playlist for that.) i weigh 90 pounds at am 5'0 day 1: fine, obviously don't see difference but it was a medium workout

I’ve done this everyday since she posted (a total of 226 days). Honestly this is the best workout I have ever come across. I carried most of my weight in my stomach area. I started being overweight, and needed a whole minute break between each set. Some sets I couldn’t even do. With this workout along with clean eating and a couple weekly classes at Sweat1000, and a run here and there, I have lost just over 52lbs!!! I couldn’t even see abs when I started and they’re so prominent now. Thank you for this Alexis, I’ll never stop doing this workout!

Mina S everything works when you stick to it trust me. I cut out all unnatural sugars, so only ate sugars from fruit or honey, no fruit after 2pm. No artificial sweeteners. No red meat (just because I don't like it, but that's totally up to you). No saturated fats. Only low GI carbs like bread and pasta. I pretty much eat mostly avocado, berries, peppers, smoothies, chicken, eggs, popcorn, salmon and most fish, almond butter. Another big thing is to actually stick to a diet, but still allow yourself to have a treat every once in a while, ie a slice of cake once a week or some pancakes etc. nothing too excessive 😌
