This is such a good workout, especially for beginners. I only started going to the gym last June so I'm still not that strong. There were some of these that I can't do very well yet, but I'm looking forward to practicing and getting stronger!

Beginner here. I’ve always noticed that whenever I try to extend my legs slightly off the ground when I am on my back (like during the bicycle crunches), my hips pop. It’s not painful or anything, but it is uncomfortable, annoying, and makes doing exercises that involve the task very difficult. Does anyone else have this problem and/or know how to fix it? Another issue I have is that my torso is very short while my legs and arms are very long, so exercises like toe taps really aren’t much of a challenge and don’t give any burn. Should I just try to reach as far as I can to compensate for my long limbs?

You should be getting more toned or at least stronger for arms and abs, but it should be done with other workouts too. I do HIIT or low impact cardio often and I can see my arms and legs are more toned since almost 2 months ago.

Will this help me if I do it everyday for two weeks or do it one day relax the next do this again and relax the next? Because a girl started drama with me and I’ve tried and tried and tried to just walk away from it but everybody keeps on dragging me in and I’m at my moms for two more weeks but when I get back to my dads she says she wants to fight me and I don’t want to but I can’t spend my summer inside all the time so I just want to be ready if she runs up to me on the streets

I started my daily workouts with fitnessblender 2 weeks ago. This is the first one I did. I struggled with the 3way crunches and the tricep dips. Did it again today and eventhough I sweat my ass off, I was able to do them all. Thank you Kelli! Uve become my new best friend. And courage to everyone doing these workouts. I made it to the end of the workout and I'm really proud. This year I promised myself to get stronger, slimmer, and more flexible as I'm a weak unflexible obese teenage girl. I spent my first week of 2018 in a mental hospital and promised myself I wasn't going to let this year be as bad as last year. I wanted to get stronger to be able to pull my own weight and look better and to learn to loose weight healthily instead of listening to my eating disorder. Already I can tell your channel is going to benefit me on learning to be a better more confident me and I loved this video, your were very welcoming to people of all types and even made me laugh. Thank you for helping me change my life! I work out with you guys on a regular.watching on my phone but recently every 10 seconds or so the screan goes black. I can still hear you but have to back out then resume playing to see you again. Any thoughts on that?

Wendy n you can go into settings and change the auto lock to never, that means that your phone won’t automatically lock itself :)

I love how there is such a broad range of workouts that people can do, I don't do the same workouts over and over again (I do this one today , then my cardio tomorrow, then a butt and glutes workout the next day), I'm doing this one with two others all from fitness blender. I finished this workout and damn my arms hurt but I'm glad I didn't give up. If I can do it, if anyone needs motivation, you can do it too!

I love fitness blender 😍 on a real note those arm rotates are weird. Like the first half doesn’t hurt as bad but as SOON as you switch rotation my muscles were like “haha I tricked you this really does hurt” 😂😂😂😂 EVERYTIME 😂
