Okay so first of all, my grammar will have some mistakes, I’m sorry. Yesterday I did this workout for the first time and it didn’t went that well. I’m a terrible dancer but I did finish the entire thing and also did a few other excersises. Today I did it again and my muscles are definetely sore. But I’m going to be trying to do this workout almost every day this week. Right now I am 1.61m / 5’ 3”and my weight is approximately 67kg / 147 lb. At the end of this week I will tell you my weight again.

I did this yesterday 1/17/19 and i got up for school and my legs were sore ,so i wore sweatpants and a long shirt. Dr tabata will kick you in the forehead if he say you messing his system up. Your doing interval training and not even HIIT. Just regular. Interval cardio

for anyone out there wondering if they should do this. YES! Seriously I have done many cardio workouts that yes had effects, but they were like the 10 minutes ones. Doing those I would want to stop and they made me feel unmotivated, but this, just wow. The whole time I was giving it my all and having so much fun. It was upbeat, lively and this trainer has got to be one of the best I have seen. I just finished the 30 mins and my thighs are aching and my face is red, I haven't had that happen in a long time. Though it was longer than the other cardio ones I almost want to do it again and am looking forward to doing so another day. You don't even realise you been working out for 30 mins and I was in the middle of one of the moves having loads of fun and checked the time to see 20 mins had already gone by, I didn't even realise! This is such an amazing workout and I feel so good not only physically but mentally and the times she told us to feel good about ourselves I was like yeah, girl you deserve to!'. Hope this helps anyone thinking about doing this :)
