I tried the squat challenge and lost my butt in days. I had a big butt before and big thighs. Now I have big thighs and a small butt. Anyone know what I can do to fix it? Really knocked my confidence as I am not proportionate

Recomiendo demasiado este video. Yo siempre he tenido mucha pompa y cuado comencé a crecer me di cuenta que mi cuerpo necesitaba de mucho cuidado para que se viera mucho mejor. Así que encontré este video y aparte de que me hace sudar y bajar de peso , los resultados son increíbles en mis piernas y pompa. If you're a beginner and ur just starting to get into working out do this with no weights! When u get more comfortable or you're not a beginner to exercising start using weights. I started off with two 5-pound dumbells, and today i moved up to 8 pounds! really starting to see improvments

I read all the comments. response is so positive. everybody is saying this workout is really effective. i just completed this workout today for the 1st time. i didn't felt anything in my butt and thighs. only my knees were paining! 😣 bt still I'll continue doing this workout.I'll share my results after one month!!

Awesome!!! I just did this for the first time and loved it. Took me longer (about 20mins), but I'm hoping to get faster at them. I plan on doing this 5 days a week along with some other Fitness Blender workouts. I'll have to get my measurements, but I'm 175ish lbs now, and hope to be down to my goal of 125lbs at most. If anyone wants to know how it went I'll give an update on my progress in 1 month! :)

Go, morningroutine1, go!!! That is great that you're seeing the results that you want. I get discouraged sometimes too, but I try to tell myself that any progress is something good. So far, I've been doing the 100 squats 6 days per week. Some days I get lazy and don't, but if so, I've just been moving the squats as an add on to another day (like 200 the next day). So far, I've lost about a solid 5-7lbs (I can't tell really which it is because my weigh fluctuates throughout the day). I mainly do this challenge plus there is an arm work out Daniel does that I follow maybe 3 or 4 times a week. I just picked up walking again, so hoping weight comes off faster now. Anyway, I hope you continue making progress too! It sucks right now, but soon we will both be at our goal weights and will wonder why we didn't start sooner! :D

Please do. I've loss 12 lbs in 8 weeks going to Zumba and Zumba Strong classes 5 days a week, elliptical machine for 30 minutes and now I've added this challenge to my daily routine. I rest on the weekends and I'm still eating shit, but the weight is coming off. I'm 208 pounds. Disgusting, but at least I'm doing something about it.

Day 1: I thought I was going to collapse. My legs and thighs and butt where tingling and my heart is racing. Day 2: This was really hard. My legs and thighs and butt where tingling so hard. I can kinda see a difference. My legs have been hurting for a long time.
