Just watch athlene x or officialthenx. I have much better and from them then most people who train abs. Drink protein shakes, take creatine, and make sure your diet it mixed with veggies, fruits, healthy meats, and you can have fast food 2 to 3 times a week. Make sure you eat enough food so you feel full each meal but make sure it's good food. If you eat fast food, make sure you aren't full by the end of the meal.

I loved this video. I have been in and out of the gym for about ten years now. This video proves everything I thought already. There is too much misinformation out there and its easy to get off track for a variety of reasons. But I think what it comes down to is eating right, adding weights to gain bigger abs, and knowing your body. We are all slightly different from each other and may have different goals as well. Very well done and great job to the guy and girl going doing this for us to see.
