Hi ! I’ve been doing this program for 3 months every single day and have finally reached the pinnacle at 13-14 per set, and am wondering what would you suggest as a next level ? I’ve noticed pretty decent gains and am pretty surprised at only 15 minutes/day. Thanks again for this video.

I work out exclusively without weights. I occasionally use physio ball and resistance bands. This workout was a killer. It is so good to see you struggle with some of them too. Your don't face plant comment made me laugh and of course nearly face plant. Thank you Daniel :-))

My boyfriend and I just did this workout, I can’t do a single push up so you already know I struggled to do half. He only he other hand did the whole workout easily and only went on in his the last workout. His words “I RESPECT THIS MANS HUMANITY” while his elbows started to shake 😂😂

I’m 13 and I’m contemplating if I am over training. Seen as I hardly struggle until 3/4 the way through I think that I am over training as people said to not train too much as it can stunt my growth, ruin muscle development etc. Please do not take me as an arrogant child as I am humbly asking for advice from older people who have more experience in this field. when i was younger I contemplated that stunt growth concept but around 13-14 is fine to start working out and mainly exercising. Just don't go heavy on the weights and chug creatine like most meatheads and you'll be fine.

They have only grown a little in the past few months, but are there any arm exercises I should avoid so it doesn't get bigger? ive been coming back to this workout , on and off , for a while now since i dont have a gym membership, and seeing myself get better and better each time is pretty amazing. I started off a little over a year ago not being able to complete the first 45 seconds, but i can now push through 90% of the workout which is honestly insane because i still feel so small at 150lbs

Love the format and the workout but would prefer a different setup. Much shorter sets (I can do like 20-40 reps in 45 seconds) but more of them. Great otherwise!

Is there a *Lower Body* equivalent for this video? I see plenty of lower body videos in your channel, but most of them are slimming, tighs and butt and stuff like that. As a male with just a bit of training, this workout hit he level of intensity that I am looking for, challenging but not to the point where I can't perform the excecises.

The reality about this exercise is if u feel no pain and no struggling than ur not improving ur muscles so to improve u need to strugle directly which means ur gonna struggle doing this exercises for ever 😖

Don't do the same workout 5 times per week; your muscles will need to heal in between each workout. More is definitely not better and can actually end up slowing or stopping your progress all together. Alternate upper, lower, core, high intensity, low intensity, etc, for best results. If you need help putting a program together;

One month after we first did this routine we improved from doing about half on our knees to doing only about 25% moderated on the knees. This is a great one to pop in once in a while to check your progress! Finished it with a shoulder burn out and a tabata. Thanks!

Wow! Was able to get through about half doing the full version and the other half moderated on my knees. Excellent workout to check in and track progress! Ended up doing 2 rounds of tabata as finishers because I had extra time.

The staggered hand push ups feel so awkward, but this was still an awesome workout! Those side push ups killed my chest. My arms felt like they were about to fall off when I finished this routine. Thanks FB for another burn out!!

Wait. You are not supposed to this workout every day. You need to at least skip your upper body for one day so that it rests. And You're supposed to mix it up and not only do one workout.

Just finished this Chinese torture technique disguised as a workout. Oh man. I'm in pretty good shape. Work out regularly. And this thing kicked my butt from the very beginning. I didn't have time today to do my regular chest/back routine so I found this one, and I think I'll be doing this a lot more often moving forward. This little short workout is extremely deceiving. It's tough! Good job @FitnessBlender!

I tried this workout and I feel like it put a lot of strain on my elbow joints like the workout feels good chest bicep and tricep wise but I feel like I may damage something in my elbow if I do this workout to much Ill just stick to the bench press whenever I can get my hands on some 😕

This workout is great and like others have said it was motivating to see that even the instructor was having a hard time with parts of it! I'm pretty new to this sort of thing and I'm wondering how often I should do it, I plan to combine it with jogs so would it be more a once a day thing or every other day?
