I haven't been feeling that well this past week but i forced myself to workout because it had been a week since i last worked out and boy, this kicked my butt, i only managed to go through 14min of this even though i had been doing 30min of hiit just fine last week. I definitely felt that sickness coming in but despite that it felt good to do HIIT once again, i had missed it. Thank you so much for your videos!!!

This was killer and I thought I was going to die and I took a lot of breaks. But I actually liked it. It is well organized with timer, the next move in the rop left corner, and the explanations. I feel like it's something I can improve at and can get my lazy butt to do again.

Well , it is supposed to be intense,so just push yourself as far as you can go and if you feel like you cant do it anymore switch to lower intensity (she shows some options during the workout) for example you can switch the jumping lunges to normal lunges. Then try to do this workout regularly until you can make it to the end! :)

HIIT makes your body burn calories even after the workout is complete! If you do some research on it you will find that your body still burns calories from this workout til up to 24 hours after u finished it :)

This video taught me 2 things: 1. I need a better sports bra. 2. I need to keep my inhaler near by. Thank you very much for uploading these. There's many things of this video I love. How there is a timer on the side, how you have a mini you preview of the next move to prepare the viewer, and especially the calorie burn count. If it weren't for the calorie burn count, I would not have felt like I accomplished anything at all, in fact I had to stop 8 minutes in to use my rescue inhaler because I came close to passing out. This gives me hope and I will not give up! Will definitely be doing this video again. 😁

Should I do this workout every day to get a fast result? I always loose my motivation after two weeks bc I still feel fat and don't see any changes if I look in a mirror

Dont do this every day. HIIT is very tiring for the body if done correctly and should only be done 3-4x a week max. Try to keep your motivation up by switching up your workouts (try different sports or exercises and see what is most fun for you) and try to be more patient. I used to be obese and I know how you feel with not seeing results and wanting changes fast, but in order to change your body long term you need to give it some time! Don't give up , you can do it!
