Might as well start a log Week 1: Day 1: Fine until dad interrupted to look at wedding pictures and was 85% of max till the end, and holy shit I felt like I was being torn apart. I ended with a 60 second elbow to hand plank and then 30 seconds of twists to help my obliques. Felt fine at the end after a few minutes, let's see if this helps in a week or two. Day 2: Didn't feel sore at all to start and did 30 second plank, 25 pushups, and 12 pull ups to warm up. The workout went fine, though I did modified versions of the last workout; it's still too hard. I ended with 30 seconds of twists, 25 pushups (I collapsed), 45 sec plank, and 12 pull ups.

For everyone complaining about neck pain. Trust me. I had it for the first 4 or so days. (I do these excercises 3 times a day). If you do these exercises for a longer period you will feel less neck pain and you will also work on these excercises much more easily. I still dont have my six pack since im doing this for about a week but if you cut the junk food and stop eating sweets while doing these excercises you will feel your muscles in the stomach atleast getting stronger. As I said. I dont hace a six pack (yet) but if you are determined trust me, you will see the results (and feel them) even before that six pack shows up.

FYI.If your neck hurts, then you need to start with something easier, even though it's level one , it is NOT for beginners. After my first month, I was able to do it better, not perfect, but better. Been on it for a little while, and it really works.

Alright, starting today, i’ll comment every single day. And no i won’t die like the others hah Day 1: Felt like my abs where burning during the first 2 mins but not that much later on the day. Day 2: Now my abs are a bit more complicated to use. i move a bit and its already burning but still managed to do the 8mins, with like 1 min rest between each stuff. Day 3: This one was really hard to do, it burnt trough all the 8 mins :(((( Day 4: It didn’t burn a lot this time but it did a bit, got a bit easier, thinking about making it 2 times a day. Day 5: So i did a set around 3 O’clock and it felt a bit bad but not as much burning as it did in day 3, that day my abs burned every second. I took a nap and made another set at 6-7 O’clock, it felt the same as the one before, the weird thing is that as i’m writing this i still have energy to make another set, however the recovery time would be around 1:30mins or so. i think it could do it. Tomorrow i’ll do 2 sets again and i’ll start doing this 3 times a day the next day, i’ll keep you guys informed. Day 6: The bad thing of having school is that i don’t have much free time so i did the 2 sets in 20mins. haarddd Day 7, 1 week: I’m impressed i’m still here, i hope i don’t get lazy. it gets boring tho to just talk alone in this. i’ll just work out and idk why. Day 8: Did my part as well as pushups now, i’m mixing the game Day 11: Doing this and some Cardio now as well as a maintained Diet. Day 9 and 10 took a bit of rest
