before starting this i was a bit worried as i'm definitely unfit, so even the thought of doing 7 mins of constant exercise everyday was daunting, (haven't done any proper exercise in almost 2 years) but i'm on day 5 of 7, and honestly i haven't found the workout hard, i mean there's days where i've been achey so it's been harder, but generally i've actually found i've enjoyed doing it first thing in the morning and once you can do it to music on day 2, it's so much easier to get through too! it's only day 5 and i've already lost 1 & a half inches off my waist and i am so happy with that!!

I'm a mom of 4,2 teen boys a 10yr old girl and 5yr old boy.I'm told I look like I'm 20yrs old all the time and get really nice compliments.however,no one knows just how unhealthy I am and that's bc I'm so busy with my kid.that Iv been lazy and slacked on keeping me healthy.i mean,i must stay healthy if I wanna be there for my kids right? Anyway,im 36 and I was 107lbs at 5'4 just this past summer(June 2018).now I'm back up to 133 and stay between 126 to 135.I often wondered why 1 wk id fit perfect into a size 2/4 jean then another a 6 being I rarely eat a whole good meal.I drink iced coffee,a bit of soda and will snack while making dinner.yes I know,VERY unhealthy.and as an ex cheerleader,track star in college and use to feel like I lived in the gym,I'm ashamed Iv let myself go.So many will look at me and say Omg your prefect.and it's irritating bc I may LOOK that way to others,yet being unhealthy is NOT perfect! Iv had my thyroid checked(bc of the crazy up and downs in weight change)and every thing you can thinkof to rule out health issues and all have been fine.I'm even on a medication for my ADHD that should give me energy but I'm STILL just not really feeling full of energy like I use to.To shorten what I'm saying up,I just wanna know if there's anyone else that feels this way,and what you've done to better your lifestyle.I will definitely be giving this video a try starting tomorrow! Just wanted to share this as I really hope someone can relate to me,and give me their best advice on getting healthier and regaining my energy and of course,staying fit! I had really low expectations for doing this - i thought it was just another one of those videos, but i did this every day (almost every day - missed a few here and there) for three weeks (once when i woke up and once before bed) and the results are so good!!! I was 28.4 inch at the start, now i’m 24 inch which i’m really happy about!! there were some additional factors that affected the results e.g i would alternate between this workout and a 13 min targeted area workout (it’s really good btw hmu if u want it), ate less food, worked more etc. but overall im soooo thankful for this video!! it’s become easier to do over time but still enough to get results! and it gets me motivated for the day ahead! even though i did this for the physical benefits i’ve really noticed an improvement in my mental health as well! anyone thinking of doing it - do it! you’ll be so happy with yourself! :)

I have been exercising last 4 years and jogging 2 times a week for that time etc, however I could never find good belly fat burner exercises, but this helps 100%. However the exercise at 8:00 hurts for my cause of my 65 degree scoliosis :/

Okay so here is my story. I am very very unfit I haven’t done exercise in about a year and have gained about 20 pounds over weight I wanted really bad to get back in shape and it has been HARD after every move I had to sit down and breath but I was determined on doing seven days and want to do 2 weeks wish me luck and I will keep you updated current weight ; 200 pounds Day 1: HARD but I think I can do it. 6 more days to go Day 2: It’s way easier and I feel less lazy it’s like I want to workout now and I feel good ( note: I have been doing other workouts and diets)

I tried this yesterday becuase im overweight. Im 130 pounds at 11 years old. I want to at least bring it down to 100 pounds or lower. Today is my second day and to be honest I'm not seeing any progress. But that's because I've only done this for two days. In the morning I get an egg and eat that and for lunch, I have a salad. For dinner, I usually get something under 500 calories. I try to only eat 700 calories a day. Good luck to everyone who is doing this!

I never thought I'd be making this comment. I'm a pure couch potato that has been denying the fact that I've been gaining weight. I USED to always be around 123-125lbs. Life happened and I was beaten down with depression; I still am. All my clothes started to not fit me and I was having to buy larger sizes but I was still in denial about getting fatter. It wasn't until recently I had opened my eyes and accepted that I /have/ gained. I weighed 147lbs. I'm a 21 yr old female. My biggest reason for doing this challenge was it felt obtainable for me. I do the minimal movement so all those super tough workout videos where you do 50 exercises or do 20min straight have always been a no-go. When I saw this video, it felt like the baby-step I needed to workout. I've never been a fan of just walking or running outside or going to the gym or having any equipment. It's important to me to have something I can do with just me. This video truly made me believe I could do it. I'm horrible with commitment and self discipline so this felt like the perfect start to practice those things. My next biggest reason for doing this is I wanted a healthy way to improve my mental health. My depression and anxiety have truly gotten out of hand and has taken over my life. I know exercise works. That's what kept me pushing even when the exercises felt hard. Even if it doesn't take away all my depression and anxiety, I know it's helping my body and mind. There's no way I could lose by doing this challenge. I don't even like calling it a challenge because I plan to make this my new life-style, not something I did for 7 days in a row once. I didn't have any measuring tape during my first 3 days. I was really pathetic during them because I felt so overwhelmed with my life. No matter how hard I tried, I wasn't able to push my body as far as I know it can go. I've seen my body do more! It was discouraging to see how little I was able to do the first few days. But I kept moving and never stopped. It didn't matter how slow or puny I was doing it, I made myself continue. On the 4th day, I got a measuring tape. I measured my waist as 31in and my hips as 39in. During my 4th day, I didn't feel quite as depressed so I was able to do considerably more. My 5th, 6th, and 7th day seemed to fly by as I made sure I did it every day. Even If I couldn't do it in the morning, it was easy to find 7min during the afternoon. I honestly wasn't expecting to see any results especially because I wasn't able to give my all the first 3 days. I took my measurements again, as well as weighed myself, and I was pleasantly surprised! My waist measured as 30in and my hips as 37in. My weight is 144lbs. It's not drastic improvement but it's improvement! Thank you for this video! And I fully plan to cycle through all of your other 7 day challenge videos. I'm only going to do one at a time for now but maybe I'll work up to doing two videos in one day. This isn't over for me. I'm going to get myself healthy, mentally and physically.

lovely girl yes, it will work. Consistency is key. So don’t do this for 7 days and stop. It’ll be good for you to go beyond the seven days. Also it is very important to drink a lot of water if you don’t already. 80 OZ minimum but you should always aim for more. I was 210lbs and 5’3 when I started this video I am now 190lbs. It feels great.
