Hi Lucy! I absolutely love you for doing this. I was a professional ballerina sitting at the maximum of 110lbs. I injured myself last year (not dancing but at work) and had over 6 months of bed rest, But my appetite didn't rest. I gained more than 50lbs. Now I'm moving again but my movement is still minimal. I actually had my doubts about this 7 day challenge because nothing has worked. I wish I measured myself before I started but I didn't because, like I said, I had my doubts and my movement is very minimal. Today was my last day of the challenge and I dropped an entire size. I started wearing my smaller clothes about 2 day's ago. I have always had healthy eating habbits but it wasn't enough. I love this morning workout. I can't do it like you do. I actually can't even touch my toes. BUT I STILL GOT RESULTS! I have been sending this video to everybody I know. My sister is on day three and she saw results immediately.

So I know everyone is reading the comments rn. But honestly this actually works. I tried this for two weeks and I can tell you for sure that this works. I noticed a lot of changes and so did my parents. I had this shirt that was beginning to get tight on me(like almost ripping type tight) and after doing this workout,it fits me again. I honestly can't say how much this helps. This is the only workout video that I rely on. I lost 3 inches by sticking to this. So if you're looking to do this,I recommend drinking a lot of water because it helps with your metabolism.

Alright I am not happy with what I look like, so Imma do this and record here: Day 1: It was easy, but step 3 was a pain. Day 2: I was suuperr sore and my whole body hurt including a really bad headache (I get migraines, put tips below lol) Day 3: I screamed. When I woke up I saw results. I saw a line in my stomach, though it was faint. My lower belly that takes the longest to get rid of was decreasing very slowly. Day 4: It was similar to day 3. But I looked skinnier and the line in my upper stomach was more defined. Ill be updating everyday.

I'll keep you updated on my progress: Intro: I am 10. I'm pretty chubby. I'm not one of the blessed people who can be skinny really easily. For me it is much harder. Day 1: I'm feeling amazing after the workout. Its painful since I don't workout that often apart from this. I am eating less now and excited to see the results.

I decided to try this workout last week. I just finished my 7th day. I travel for work and I live in a hotel room. I stopped eating out and no sugary drinks allweek. I don't visibly see a difference, but I feel a difference. This video definately got me on the right path.

Hi guys. Today is going to be my 4th day. My experience has been so amazing. I didn't measure my waist but what I can say from my experience is that it is really a full body workout. The movements are amazing, you feel so good after your session. I am an avid runner and it is winters here in India so I don't sweat much after my run. But after this 7 minutes session I sweat and breath profusely. Its amazing and I know that I will surely loose weight and inches. To everyone out there reading my comment, it is a highly recommended exercise. Do it.

I'll try this for a week but ill include a 20 second plank and 3 sets, 20 reps of ab crunches. Lets see how this goes: Day one: just finished it. My heart is thumping but it was easy enough so I can manage it for a week. Day two: didn’t have time to do this but instead went to the gym and did treadmill, rowing, ab crunches and more. Day three: the workout was a lot easier to do than it was on day one.

This works. I didn't measure myself but I took pics every week and boy have my tummy gotten tight. I also dropped weight. 63.5 kg to 60 kg in a span of a month and a half. I wasn't very consistent and did binge eat on a few days. But once I started seeing the results I got motivated and now I don't miss out on my work outs and really watch what I eat. I warm up first and then do 5 min of cardio (one min each of jumping jacks, high knees , butt kicks, skater plyos and marching on spot). After that I do one round of 8 exercises each 40 seconds long using 1 pound dumbbells (They actually recommend 3 rounds). After that I do this one by Lucy. I gained a lot of weight after my marriage and being sedentary preparing for an exam. When I tried exercising I hurt my knees pretty bad. So I had to tailor make an exercise which was okay for my knees and I combined these from 3 different videos I found on YouTube after a lot of trial and error. My point is everyone's different and what works for one person may not work for the other. But you will find your groove. You just have to stay motivated and keep trying. And believe me that's not easy. I gave up so many times in between when I injured myself and when I didn't see much difference. But somehow I came back to it after a few days and now I'm being consistent. Once you start seeing the results you will want to keep trying. Just have patience till the results start showing. I hope this helps someone. By the way I'm from India.
